Capsaicin from chilli extract gently dulls pain signals and warms the area, methyl salicylate acts as a topical anti-inflammatory, and menthol gives a cooling sensation that helps soothe discomfort.

Squeeze a small amount onto the painful spot and massage gently until it disappears into the skin. Wash hands well after use.

• Mild burning, redness or warmth where applied
• Occasional skin irritation

Keep away from eyes, mouth and broken skin. Avoid tight bandages over the area. Stop if irritation or rash develops.

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Replace the cap tightly and keep away from children.
