Product information
About
Dynapar AQ Injection from Troikaa is a water-based Diclofenac injection. Because it is aqueous, it is usually less painful at the injection site and acts quickly for moderate to severe pain.
Uses
- Severe back pain or sciatica
- Pain after surgery or injury
- Renal colic (kidney stone pain)
- Acute joint or muscle pain
- Migraine attack
How it works
Diclofenac is an NSAID. It blocks the COX enzyme, lowering the production of prostaglandins — chemicals that cause pain and swelling. As an injection, it reaches the bloodstream quickly and gives faster relief than tablets.
How to take
This injection is given by a nurse or doctor — usually deep into the buttock muscle. Use as prescribed by your doctor. It is not for self-injection at home.
Side effects
- Pain or redness at the injection spot
- Nausea or stomach upset
- Headache or dizziness
- Drowsiness
- Rarely, allergic reaction
Precautions
Not suitable in active peptic ulcer, severe heart, liver or kidney disease, bleeding disorders, asthma triggered by NSAIDs, or late pregnancy. Tell the doctor about all medicines, especially blood thinners and other painkillers.
Storage
Store below 25°C, protected from light. Do not freeze. Keep out of reach of children. Use only if the solution is clear.
