Orasore Gel from Wings Pharma is an oral gel that helps relieve pain and inflammation inside the mouth. It contains choline salicylate, an anti-inflammatory, along with lignocaine, a local anaesthetic. Together they calm sore spots and quickly numb the area, making everyday activities like eating and talking more comfortable.

• Other small, painful spots inside the mouth

Choline salicylate reduces the inflammation that makes a sore spot red and tender. Lignocaine works on the tiny nerves under the lining of the mouth to block pain signals, giving fast, short-lived numbing relief.

Use as prescribed by your doctor or dentist. Usually a small amount of gel is gently rubbed onto the sore area with a clean fingertip. Avoid eating or drinking for a short while after applying so it has time to act.
