Naprosyn Syrup 60 ml

Naprosyn Syrup from RPG Life Sciences is a liquid form of naproxen, a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID). The syrup form makes it easier to give measured doses to children and adults who cannot swallow tablets.

• Juvenile arthritis and joint pain in children
• Fever and pain relief on doctor's advice
• Period pain and minor body aches
• Pain and swelling after sprains or injury

Naproxen blocks COX enzymes that produce prostaglandins, the chemicals that cause pain, fever and inflammation. Reducing prostaglandins eases pain, brings down fever and lowers swelling.

Take as prescribed by your doctor, measured with the cap or spoon provided, ideally with or after food or milk to protect the stomach. Shake the bottle before use.

• Stomach pain or heartburn
• Nausea or loose stools
• Headache or dizziness
• Rash or itching
• Stomach ulcers or bleeding with long use

Tell your doctor if the child or adult has asthma, stomach ulcers, kidney, liver or heart problems. Not for use in the last trimester of pregnancy. Do not give other NSAIDs at the same time. Use only the dose advised; do not exceed it.

Store below 25°C in the original bottle, away from direct sunlight. Do not freeze. Use within the period your pharmacist advises after opening. Keep out of reach of children.
