Ibugesic Syrup 100 ml

Ibugesic Syrup from Cipla is a children's oral suspension containing Ibuprofen. It is used to reduce fever and ease mild to moderate pain in kids.

Ibuprofen is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory medicine. It blocks an enzyme called COX, which lowers chemicals (prostaglandins) that cause pain, swelling and high body temperature. This brings down fever and eases pain.

Give as prescribed by your doctor. Shake the bottle well before each dose and measure with the cup or spoon supplied in the pack. Give with or after food and with plenty of water or fluids.

• Drowsiness in some children

Avoid in kids with stomach ulcers, asthma triggered by painkillers, kidney problems, dengue or chickenpox unless the doctor advises. Keep the child well hydrated. Do not combine with other ibuprofen products.

Store below 25°C, away from direct sunlight. Keep the cap tightly closed. Once opened, use within the time printed on the pack. Keep out of reach of children.
