Mefkind P Suspension 60 ml

Mefkind P Suspension from Lifestar Pharma is a flavoured oral liquid containing mefenamic acid, a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory medicine often paired with paracetamol in similar formulations. It is commonly used in children for fever and pain.

• Mild to moderate pain such as toothache, earache or headache

Mefenamic acid blocks chemical messengers called prostaglandins that drive pain, swelling and fever. By reducing their production, it brings down the temperature and eases discomfort so a child can rest and recover more comfortably.

Shake the bottle well and measure the dose with the supplied cup or syringe, exactly as prescribed by your doctor. Give with or after food to be gentler on the stomach.

Tell the doctor if the child has kidney problems, asthma, a bleeding disorder, or has had ulcers. Avoid using along with other NSAIDs at home and do not exceed the prescribed duration.

Store below 25 degrees Celsius, tightly capped, away from light. Discard any leftover liquid after the time advised on the pack and keep out of reach of children.
