Maxtra P Syrup from Zuventus Healthcare combines Paracetamol, Phenylephrine and Chlorpheniramine. It is used in children for cold with fever, blocked nose and body discomfort.

How it works

Paracetamol brings down fever and eases body pain. Phenylephrine is a decongestant that reduces swelling inside the nose, helping the child breathe more comfortably. Chlorpheniramine is an antihistamine that controls sneezing, runny nose and itching.

How to take

Give as prescribed by your doctor. Shake the bottle well before use and measure the dose with the cup or spoon provided. Do not give with other paracetamol or cold medicines without advice.

Precautions
