About
Cipzox from Cipla brings together three medicines — Chlorzoxazone, Diclofenac and Paracetamol — in one tablet. It is used when pain comes from muscle spasm along with inflammation.
Uses
- Muscle spasm with back or neck pain
- Sprains, strains and soft-tissue injury
- Painful musculoskeletal conditions
How it works
Chlorzoxazone relaxes tight muscles by calming nerve signals in the spinal cord, Diclofenac blocks pain and inflammation chemicals, and Paracetamol adds further pain relief by acting on pain centres in the brain. Together they ease both the spasm and the soreness.
How to take
Take as prescribed by your doctor, with food or just after a meal. Swallow whole with water — do not crush the tablet.

- Drowsiness, dizziness
- Stomach pain, nausea
- Indigestion, acidity
- Mild liver enzyme changes
- Skin rash (rare)
Precautions
Avoid alcohol while on this tablet. Tell your doctor about ulcers, asthma, liver/kidney problems, heart disease, blood thinners, pregnancy or breastfeeding. Do not drive if you feel sleepy. Use for the shortest duration possible.
