Nucoxia-P

Nucoxia-P from Zydus combines Etoricoxib, a selective COX-2 anti-inflammatory, with Paracetamol, a common pain and fever reliever. It is often prescribed when stronger relief is needed for joint and body pain.

• Arthritis pain and stiffness
• Body pain with low-grade fever
• Painful musculoskeletal injuries
• Dental and post-surgical pain

Etoricoxib blocks the COX-2 enzyme that produces inflammation chemicals, easing swelling and joint pain. Paracetamol works on pain centres in the brain and lowers fever, so the two together give faster and stronger relief.

Take as prescribed by your doctor, preferably after food. Swallow the tablet whole with a glass of water. Use for the shortest period that controls pain.

• Stomach upset or acidity
• Headache and dizziness
• Ankle or leg swelling
• Rise in blood pressure

Tell your doctor if you have heart disease, high blood pressure, ulcers, liver or kidney problems, or are pregnant or breastfeeding. Do not combine with other Paracetamol products and avoid alcohol.

Keep below 25°C in a dry place, away from sunlight and moisture. Keep the strip in its pack and out of reach of children.
