Dynapar

Dynapar from Troikaa Pharmaceuticals contains Diclofenac, a well-known painkiller and anti-inflammatory medicine. Doctors prescribe it for short-term relief of pain and swelling.

Diclofenac is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID). It blocks an enzyme called cyclo-oxygenase (COX) which produces prostaglandins — natural chemicals that cause pain, swelling and fever. With fewer prostaglandins, the pain and inflammation come down.

Take as prescribed by your doctor. Swallow the tablet whole with a full glass of water, preferably after food to protect the stomach. Do not lie down immediately after the dose.

• Loose motions
• Headache or dizziness
• Mild rash

Not for people with active stomach ulcers, severe heart, liver or kidney disease, or known allergy to NSAIDs. Use cautiously in asthma, high blood pressure and the elderly. Avoid in late pregnancy. Limit alcohol while on this medicine.

Store below 25°C in a dry place, away from direct sunlight. Keep in the original strip and out of reach of children.
