Mobizox from Sun Pharma is a triple combination tablet of Diclofenac, Paracetamol and Chlorzoxazone. Doctors prescribe it for short courses when muscle pain and stiffness are part of the problem.

How it works
Diclofenac is an NSAID that brings down pain and swelling. Paracetamol adds extra pain relief and helps with fever. Chlorzoxazone works on the spinal cord to relax tight, painful muscles, breaking the spasm cycle.
How to take
Take as prescribed by your doctor, swallowed whole with water, preferably after food to be kinder to the stomach. Do not take it for long periods on your own.
Side effects
- Stomach upset, gas or pain
- Nausea
- Drowsiness or dizziness
- Headache
- Rarely, orange-coloured urine from Chlorzoxazone
Precautions
Tell the doctor about stomach ulcers, asthma, kidney, liver or heart problems. Avoid alcohol because it raises the risk of liver damage and drowsiness. Do not drive if you feel sleepy.
