About
Nicip MR from Cipla combines nimesulide, a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug, with tizanidine, a muscle relaxant. It is used for short-term relief of painful muscle spasms in the back, neck, or limbs.
Uses

How it works
Nimesulide lowers the chemicals that drive pain and inflammation in irritated tissue. Tizanidine acts on nerves in the spinal cord to ease the over-active signal that keeps muscles locked in spasm, so movement feels easier.
How to take
Take as prescribed by your doctor, with or after food to settle the stomach. Use for the shortest time possible, and avoid driving until you know how it affects you.
