Bilasure M Kids from Akums is a paediatric strength combining bilastine, a non-sedating antihistamine, with montelukast, a leukotriene blocker. It is designed for children with allergy symptoms.
Uses

How it works
Bilastine blocks H1 histamine receptors so itching and sneezing settle, while montelukast blocks leukotrienes that cause congestion and airway tightening in children.
How to take
